Corporate Governance

The Company intends to fully comply with London Stock Exchange governance and reporting obligations. The Company also intends to voluntarily observe the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code as set out in the Company’s Prospectus.

The Company has formed three Board Committees, an Audit Committee, Sustainability and Technical Committee, and Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Terms of reference for the Board Committees can be found here:
